Ferguson, MO – September 19th, 2014 – The City of Ferguson Mayor and City Council invite you to attend the opening of the new community center with a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony. The event will take place at the new community center at 1050 Smith Avenue in Ferguson today, Friday, September 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. and will include opening remarks from Ferguson Mayor James Knowles III.

“It is my hope that the community center will be a place that can strengthen the community by providing residents with a place to enjoy time with each other for recreation and exercise; ultimately helping Ferguson families stay healthy and active,” says Mayor Knowles.
