People want to be her held responsible and recognition for your success. However they shy away from the credit of your failures. I kicked, crawled and scratched my way to where I am. Working 3 jobs and refusing to give up. Now that I own my own agency the same people that told me to give up or that mocked my dedication now critique my new decisions. I love this article you wrote.
