Assignment: 2 Min Flash Demo with Professional Voice-Over

Situation Overview:
Founded in 1991, Hamilton Lane is a global leader in private equity management with over 20 years of reporting experience to small and large institutions around the world. With more than $17 billion of assets under management, plus an additional $93 billion in advisory assets, Hamilton Lane is one of the largest allocators of private equity capital in the world (as of June 30, 2011).

HL upgraded their web-based reporting system (now called ClientLink) and wanted to create a demo similar to what they used previously albeit with better graphics and a little more flare. So in June 2011, HL retained the Devin James Group to redevelop the interactive presentation.

Approach:
Once we had a clear understanding of the HL vision for the new presentation we created all the visual elements of the new production. We brainstormed ideas, introduced concepts, wrote a new high impact script that reduced the presentation from 10 minutes to just at 2 minutes and provided royalty free music and voice-over artists to record a high quality studio recording. Simultaneously, our graphics and animation teams designed the characters, motion and objects based on the concepts and approved script (Visual storyboard) and presented a final presentation

Outcome:
We delivered a new presentation experience creating a visually powerful, dynamic and intuitive product that serves as both a welcoming introduction and a lucrative enhancement tool for their investment team members' marketing efforts.
