Blu Water Day Spa had a website that was difficult to navigate, contained script and text errors on every page, no SEO, poor download time and didn't positively reflect the BWDS experience.
Approach/Features of the Site:
BWDS retained the Devin James Group to design and launch their new website. The new site was designed to showcase more of the aesthetic appeal guest see when they "walk through the door" and enter the Blu Water Day Spa experience in person. By capturing the experience visually with vivid photography and a more user friendly web interface, social media integration, a web commercial and a more "fluid" design; visitors are now more engaged when they visit the site.
One added feature is that visitors can sign up for the BW's newsletter or set up an appointment to take advantage of the specials featured on the site. In terms of services, a much more visual experience shows prospective guest who the BWDS team is and what they offer; while simultaneously giving them tools to stay in touch and find out what is going on making the site a constant stream of 2-way communication.
The site features a header photo gallery on the top of each page that displays the services available at the facility to capture the actual experience. In addition to the header gallery, the site features a gallery that allows visitors to see real guest/patient before-and-after photos of certain procedures allowing guest considering treatments to "see for themselves" the results they could expect. This dually highlights the dramatic improvements from minimally invasive treatments.
This interactive tool features a full tour of the facility with music to present all that BWDS has to offer its guests.
